Delta Thermoformers was established by Mr. Arif Ansari, a highly committed and innovative enterpreneur in 1999-2000. Prior to starting its own venture, Arif was a merchant navy officer for 10 years where he was trained as a navigator. The training has helped him significantly as it involved a lot of mental and physical strength and also requires lot of insights on various technical aspects of running 1,40,000 tonner crude oil ship out at sea. So when it all started it became relatively easier as all the 10 years experience helped him to understand, workaround a solution and in handling any kind of machineries and new techniques required for packaging.

The company had a modest beginning with only 4 employees and 500 sq. feet area and just one machine and now it has grown to 140 employees, 40000 sq. feet area with 16 machines (both automated and semi-automated). Our initial production capacity was 10000 pcs/day and in a span of almost 22 years it has now grown to 1 million pcs/day. The company initially started business with some of the top pharma company’s in India for their export requirements and with the continuous demand of new designs from their R & D department Delta Thermoformers has developed more than 500 different items for them. While working with pharma industries the company entered into other industry segments like cosmetic packaging, food packaging, electronic parts packaging, containers and display trays and other such verticals. We have been importing & exporting products from all over the world. Now we are stepping in with a new business of Exporting “Agro Products“ to all over the world. There are various types of Agro products which we are going to export such as sugar, onions, potatoes, fish, chicken, dal, rice, wheat, soyabean, egg, black pepper, cumin seed, masala, chana dal, masur dal etc. Products that comes under the category of Agriculture are termed as “Agro Products“. It includes a comprehensive range of raw & finished goods under the classification of plants, animals & other life forms. Now the company specializes in doing the research, designing and producing various types of plastic like HIPS, PVC, PET and PP thermoformed and vacuum formed articles. With the flexible availability of 24 hour production schedule and strong support with in–house facility of raw material production we are able to respond quickly to the urgent request as well as high orders in a timely and price competitive manner. We also take a fresh look at repackaging existing products.
