Prior to starting its own venture Arif was a merchant navy officer for 10 years where he was trained as a navigator. The training has helped him significantly as it involved a lot of mental and physical strength and also requires lot of insights on various technical aspects of running 1,40,000 tonner crude oil ship out at sea. The company had a modest beginning with only 4 employees and 500 sq. feet area and just one machine and now it has grown to 140 employees, 40000 sq. feet area with 16 machines..
